How do we get your hand or thumbprint onto the Charm?
Once your order is complete there are two ways in which you can supply us with your hand or fingerprints. One is to attach a set of hand and footprints that you already have taken and you can email us, or if you don’t have prints we can send you a FREE Inkless Print Kit once you have ordered. This clean and easy to use kit takes seconds to do and will include two pieces of specialised paper and a magic wipe with full instructions on how to use them. You can scan or photograph them and send via email as an attachment. Once we have received your prints we will email you to confirm receipt.
Please note that we will keep your prints on file should you wish to order more Silver jewellery at a later date. If you are a returning customer then all you need to do is provide us with your previous order number.’
